<br \/>\nb.\t<strong>Laporan Pemetaan Geologi dan Geomorfologi <\/strong>yang disediakan oleh Ahli Sains Geos (Geoscientist) berdaftar dengan Lembaga Geologi; <br \/>\nc.\t<strong>Laporan Perparitan dan Pengairan mengikut Manual Perparitan Mesra Alam (MASMA) <\/strong>yang disediakan oleh Jurutera Hidrologi berdaftar dengan Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran (Hidrologi); <br \/>\nd.\t<strong>Laporan EIA\/EMP<\/strong> termasuk Laporan Pemetaan Perparitan Hujan yang disediakan oleh perunding berdaftar dengan Jabatan Alam Sekitar; atau <br \/>\ne.\t<strong>Pelan Kerja Tanah<\/strong> yang disediakan oleh jurutera berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia.<br \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-3\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\"><strong>Kelas 2 <\/strong><br \/>\n-\tKawasan yang bercerun in-situ antara \u226515\u00b0  and \u2264 25\u00b0 tanpa tanda-tanda hakisan dan ketidakstabilan cerun.<br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ &lt; 15\u00b0 jika terdapat tanda-tanda ketidakstabilan<br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ <15\u00b0 consisting of colluvium or sensitive geological materials; <br \/>\n-\tKawasan berisiko banjir <br \/>\n-\tKawasan dengan sekatan geoteknikal dan koordinasi keperluan teknikal seperti geomorfologi, perparitan dan pengairan, dan sebagainya<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-4\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\"><strong>Kelas 3<\/strong><br \/>\n-\tKawasan yang bercerun in-situ antara \u226515\u00b0  dan &lt; 25\u00b0 tanpa tanda-tanda hakisan dan ketidakstabilan cerun.<br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ dengan kecerunan \u2265 15\u00b0 hingga &lt; 25\u00b0 yang terdiri daripada koluvium atau bahan geologi sensitif<br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ &lt; 15\u00b0 yang terdiri daripada koluvium atau bahan geologi sensitif dengan tanda-tanda ketidakstabilan cerun <br \/>\n-\tKawasan yang terdiri daripada batu kapur, paya, tanah gambut dan bekas lombong<br \/>\n-\tKawasan berisiko aliran lumpur<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Dibenarkan:<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerumahan Kediaman \u2013 tertakluk kepada Pelan Pembangunan<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerniagaan<br \/>\n\u2022\tPejabat<br \/>\n\u2022\tPelancongan<br \/>\n\u2022\tInstitusi Latihan<br \/>\n(dengan syarat berdasarkan ketinggian)<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPengecualian: Bukit Batu Tabor, yang terletak melebihi 300 meter dari paras laut (AMSL)<br \/>\n<br \/>\nBagi jenis pembangunan yang<br \/>\ntidak disenaraikan di atas, ia tertakluk kepada Pelan Pembangunan<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-5\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\"><strong>Kelas 4 <\/strong><br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ dengan kecerunan \u2265 35\u00b0 tanpa tanda hakisan atau ketidakstabilan cerun<br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ dengan kecerunan \u2265 25\u00b0 hingga &lt; 35\u00b0 dengan tanda hakisan dan ketidakstabilan cerun < 35\u00b0 with signs of erosion and slope instability;<br \/>\n-\tCerun in-situ dengan kecerunan \u2265 15\u00b0 hingga &lt; 25\u00b0 yang terdiri daripada koluvium atau bahan geologi sensitif dengan tanda-tanda ketidakstabilan cerun<br \/>\n-\tKawasan berisiko aliran serpihan (debris flow)<br \/>\n-\tPuncak bukit atau bucu bukit<\/td><td class=\"column-2\"><strong>Ketinggian 150 m hingga 300 m:<\/strong><br \/>\nPembangunan dibolehkan tetapi memerlukan penyelesaian kejuruteraan<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPengecualian: Bukit Batu Tabor, yang terletak melebihi 300 meter dari paras laut (AMSL)<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">Sama seperti di atas dengan tambahan: <br \/>\na.\t<strong>Laporan EIA<\/strong> terperinci bagi kawasan &gt;
